I first came a cross this musical piece back in 198...ish when I saw for the first time the movie by Claude Lelouch "les un et les autres".
English title of Bolero in reference to the Maurice Ravel piece heard in film ....since then Bolero by Ravel has become my favourite musical piece of all the time.....
This was the piece Carlos and I (we) choose as a background for our wedding, back in 1996.

@ 3 Monkeys @ Singapore
Kumar is a stand comedy Indian transvestite, that really knows about Singapore's greatest "secrets" and jokes about them, very political and perverse he laughs about being Singaporean and the island. He is the only person in Singapore that is allow to "mock" about the government and the politics in Singapore by government authorization...but can't mention the primer minister's name in public....

@ MR Tbangkok ....no as smelly as u would think due to the fact that is not forbidden to eat as it is at the MRT n Singapore

@ mrt....in Bangkok....both monorail and MRT (mass rapid transport) are fine in Bangkok the only issue I found is that they belong to different companies so they operate separately which means u can't buy one ticket for all as u could do in London underground and over ground system.....but who is complaining??? not me....

Boats is a way of public transport in the river Phraya at Bangkok, excellent, very reliable and cheap..while u on the move u can enjoyed an excellent view of the city ans share with locals the flavour of the city rush.

tuk tuks....a flexible way of moving from one place to another in Bangkok, no too reliable in terms of cost...u have to negotiate the price before u get in...and start praying about ur health and safety while is driving...never as bad as the unsafely in Saigon - Viet Nam..but pretty much insecure...
good fun thou.

It is delicious!!!!!!!!!
The Vietnamese filter, as seen on picture, is a small coffee pot. that looks like a hat and sits upon the top of the coffee cup. Inside is a chamber for coffee and room for hot water. I always asked mine with condensed milk...

Yes, @dr, manu. you are absolutely right, in addition to Honda (in Colombia) history, for me , this place also represents loads of childhood memories mixed with the smells of fruits within the market, the shouting of the vendors and the noise of all the trucks and cars that surrounding it.....
Thanks for passing by...
We rented a nice "Shop house" in Singapore (Colonial style 2 story house) in a very lively area and about 10 minutes cycling from the school. It is nice, got character (as opposed to the horrible "condos" our state agent was trying hard to persuade us to rent) and the "right size"
This is a zone we called studio...
Hall over Geylang street...

In October this year the Headline Publishing Group is publishing '25 Years of Taggart', the official companion to the long-running Scottish police drama, which is made by SMG TV Productions in Glasgow and screened on ITV. The book is a comprehensive, illustrated guide to the stars, the storylines and the history of the show and is fully supported by SMG and ITV.
One of the chapters of the book will be devoted to Glasgow, as an extra 'star' of the show. It will look at how the city has been represented in the show, and the various locations that have been used over the years. They want to use one of my photos of 'George Square' in Glasgow, in this chapter.....
I am really please!!!!!!!!

The world is divided in two...the ones that like coca-cola, PC and durian and the others than prefer pepsi, mac and don't like durian
......but some of you will say that this is not true....
and you are right, cause there are people with different combinations between the above
.......and there are others like me.....neither like one or the other.....;)

Last Saturday was a sunny and football day in Glasgow. We went out cycling Glasgow's cycle-path and in our way we found football fans wearing Scottish flags and kilts....those above are just a tiny example...I love Glasgow
